On October 9, 2015, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) Council of Governors adopted resolution number ninety seven. It was resolved that, the Council of Governors of the Agency considers the financial statements, and the report of independent accountants included in the 2015 Annual Report, as fulfilling the requirements of article 29 of the MIGA convention and of section 16 of the by-laws of the agency.
