The note evaluates the learning outcomes from the World Bank Institute (WBI) courses for clients, during FY02-03, and provides some evaluation results. It shows that 79 percent of the FY02 evaluated offerings resulted in significant learning gains, exceeding WBI's benchmark of 70 percent for the year.
