Africa's development crisis : agricultural stagnation, population explosion, and environmental degradation (Inglés)

These remarks were delivered by Robert S. McNamara, former President of the World Bank, on June 21, 1990 while addressing the Africa Leadership Forum in Ota, Nigeria.
