A perspective on economic transition in Czechoslovakia and Eastern Europe : keynote address (Inglés)

The conference began with a keynote address by the Minister of Finance for the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic. He noted that this conference will focus on development problems, on transitions from one economic system to another, transitions from adjustment to growth, transitions from temporary acceleration of growth to sustainable development.
