The objective of the Community-Managed Agrarian Reform and Poverty Reduction Project for Philippines is to reduce poverty in rural areas. The project will accelerate the implementation of the ongoing comprehensive agrarian reform program (CARP) and enhance its nation-wide impact on productivity and poverty reduction.
