The objectives of the Capacity Building and Management to Improve Schooling for the Poor are as follows: reduce drop-out in the poorest and most remote primary schools in rural Morocco; reduce the financial burden of sending children to school for the poorest and most vulnerable families; and improve school management in high schools of the poorest communities-through empowerment of parents' associations.
