On October 7, 2016, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) council of governors adopted resolution number one hundred. It was resolved that, the Council of Governors of the Agency considers the Financial Statements, and theReport of Independent Accountants included in the 2016 Annual Report, as fulfilling therequirements of Article 29 of the MIGA Convention and of Section 16(b) of the By-Laws of theAgency.
