This report discusses the concluding remarks delivered by George D. Woods, President of the Bank and its affiliates. He concludes: the need for more external resources for development finance on terms the borrowing countries can afford as well as to initiate action to increase those resources; and to increase the efforts to achieve rational coordination of bilateral and multilateral assistance programs.
