On March 26, 2007, World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz signed a Memorandum of Understanding with South Korea’s Minister for Health and Welfare Rhyu Simin, providing for cooperation between Korea’s National Pension Service (NPS) and the World Bank’s Treasury.
