On July 20, 2022, Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) Council of Governors adopted resolution number one hundred and fifteen. It was resolved that the regular election of Directors shall take place in accordance with the attached rules; and (b) that a regular election of Directors shall take place in connection with the Annual Meeting of the Council of Governors in 2024.
