The road works for the first section have been completed and the section is currently under performance-based maintenance. The works on the remaining sections are close to completion, ongoing or expected to start in 2018. There had been some delays in the civil works mainly due to exceptional rains, but the pace has now picked up. The quality of the works is generally satisfactory, but some defects found in the field are being corrected. Resettlement plans implementation for sections 1, 3, 4, and 5 are basically completed. For section 2, the implementation will start as soon as possible. The consulting contract to prepare the feasibility study and detailed designs of the branch road Aituto-Hatubulico-Letefoho-Gleno is expected to be signed in October 2017. The second additional financing, which includes the rehabilitation of section 2, was declared effective on September 13, 2017. 10/12/2017 Page 2 of 13 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Timor Leste Road Climate Resilience Project (P125032) 10/12/2017 Page 3 of 13 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Timor Leste Road Climate Resilience Project (P125032) 10/12/2017 Page 4 of 13 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Timor Leste Road Climate Resilience Project (P125032) 10/12/2017 Page 5 of 13 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Timor Leste Road Climate Resilience Project (P125032) 10/12/2017 Page 6 of 13 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Timor Leste Road Climate Resilience Project (P125032) Risks 10/12/2017 Page 7 of 13 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Timor Leste Road Climate Resilience Project (P125032) Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance  --  Substantial  Substantial Macroeconomic  --  Moderate  Moderate Sector Strategies and Policies  --  Substantial  Substantial Technical Design of Project or Program  --  Moderate  Moderate Institutional Capacity for Implementation and Sustainability  --  Substantial  Substantial Fiduciary  --  Substantial  Substantial Environment and Social  --  Moderate  Moderate Stakeholders  --  Moderate  Moderate Other  --  --  -- Overall  --  Substantial  Substantial Results Project Development Objective Indicators PHINDPDOTBL  Increase in drainage in good condition on the Dili-Ainaro corridor (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 20.00 40.34 49.96 90.00 Date 31-May-2011 25-Jan-2017 25-Jul-2017 31-Dec-2021 Comments The figure refers to box culverts, pipe culverts, and line ditches constructed and in good condition.
