                         TThe NG II project involves activities in the Itaoca, Candeias and Santa Rosa landfills. The Candeias landfill is producing well, relative to original model projections. The Santa Rosa
                         landfill is producing adequate volumes, consistent with the ERPA. Methane flaring at Itaoca has not yet started.
