Furthermore, there is now a greater interest in focusing on “soft” interventions that promote quality and equity of leaning. In terms of the current Project activities, the main achievements to date are:  There has been significant progress in the construction of the 8 new schools from the groups 1 and 2, with the Millenium School (UEM) Cangahua already inaugurated, five schools under construction, and two schools in the process of contracting the construction works (the technical studies are ready). 1/7/2019 Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Supporting Education Reform in Targeted Circuits (P152096)  Subcomponent 1.3 Support for the "Online Educational Community" Program has been fully implemented, with a total of 6,798 technological kits delivered in August 2018 by the National Directorate of Technologies.  All four activities under Subcomponent 2.1 Information Systems are in different stages of the contracting process.  The Ministry of Education’s research unit has designed three evaluations under Subcomponent 2.2 Impact evaluation; one has already begun implementation and the other two are being finalized with the support of an international consultant hired with Project funds. However, given the significant delays in Project implementation, especially in the infrastructure component, with inauguration of the first school only in November 2018, it Comments: is too early to conduct this survey. However, since the beginning of the Project, there has been regular contact with the communities: all the interventions have been socialized between 3 and 5 times since 2015 and there is high empowerment of the communities.
