International Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning the Part H Europe 2020
Programmatic Single-Donor Trust Fund
Trust Fund (NO. TFO 72686)
(EC Contract No SRSS/S2016/012)
The present Amendment to Administration Agreement (EC Contract No SRSS/S2016/012) is
established between :
The European Union (hereinafter referred to as "the Union"), represented by the European
Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission"), represented for the purposes of
signature of this amendment by Mary McCarthy, Director of the Structural Reform Support
Service
on the one part,
and
the "World Bank", represented for the purpose of signing this amendment by the
Director Strategy and Operations Europe and Central Asia Region, Mr Arup Banerji.
Having regard to Administration Agreement (EC Contract No SRSS/S2016/012)
concluded between SRSS and the World Bank on October 13, 2016 and modified by
Amendment No I signed on September 27, 2017,
Whereas the World Bank has informed SRSS of its intention to modify the above
Administration Agreement;
the European Commission and the World Bank
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Article l:
The end disbursement date in Section 6.1 of the Annex 2 to the Administration Agreement is
modified from November 30, 2017 to February 28, 2018.
Article 2:
All other provisions of the Administration Agreement shall remain unchanged and shall


continue to apply for the duration of the Administration Arrangement.
Article 3:
The present Amendment shall form an integral part of the Administration Agreement and shall
become effective as of the date of the last signature.
