I. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES

       Somaliland Civil Service Reform Project (P155123)




Project activities are progressing well as planned and as described in the attached latest ISR.

This simple restructuring facilitates a grant amendment to reflect the following:

(i) A more elaborate description of category 5 in the withdrawal schedule and Part D of the original Grant Agreement
to explicitly mention "operating costs"; and
(ii) Commitment of US$2 million for Year 3 activities as per the attached countersigned Grant Amendment.
