The central BSEIPH office participated in a SIMAST training. Assessment of PwDs will begin shortly. The data on percent female is not yet available. It is expected that with the activities led by the communication firm, currently awaiting the signature of the MICT to finalize contract and start activities) these numbers will increase through both increased visibility of the BSEIPH for PwDs looking for employment as well as targeted communication and training for potential employers and human resources. The communication firm will also lead training on communication for BSEIPH staff and consultants, including on social media, the BSEIPH website, and WhatsApp. Awareness raising events will be implemented through the communication firm and BSEIPH via either workshops on PwD employment for employers or job fairs, allowing for increased awareness on the potential for employment of PwDs through interactions between employers and PwDs.
