Amendment No. 9 to the Administration Arrangement between the Government ofAustralia, represented ky the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association concerning the Australia - Pacific Islands Partnership Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TFO72517) DFA TArrangenrent #72053 Single-Donor Trust Fund I. Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Australia, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Australia - Pacific Islands Partnership Trust Fund, No. TF072517 (the "Trust Fund") effective as of December 18, 2015 (the "Administration Arrangement"), as amended. 2. The Bank acknowledges that the Donor will provide a supplemental contribution in the amount of one million four hundred thousand Australian Dollars (AUD 1,400,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution") for the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of this amendment (the "Amendment"). After the Supplemental Contribution has been received by the Bank, the aggregate contribution to the Trust Fund will be forty-eight million three hundred seventy-two thousand one hundred eighty-six Australian Dollars (AUD 48,372,186) (the "Contribution"). 3. The Donor will deposit the Supplemental Contribution in accordance with the following schedule and in the currency specified in paragraph 2 above into such bank account designated by the Bank upon submission of a payment request by the Bank: By July 31, 2019- AUD 1,400,000. 4. When making the deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its deposit details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the amount deposited, that the deposit is made by the Donor for TF072517 (Australia - Pacific Islands Partnership Trust Fund) and the date of the deposit (the "Deposit Instructions"). In addition, the Donor will provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadviceThworldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315. 5. Section 3.1 of Annex I to the Administration Arrangement is deleted and replaced with the following: "3.1. \Without limitation upon the financing of the Activities described above in paragraph 2, the Contribution is allocated among the projects as follows: (a) Preparation Grant for Tina River Hydropower Development Project - AUD 2,025,000; tb) Samoa Connectivity Project - AUD 2,800,000; (c) Kiribati Road Rehabilitation Project - AUD 5,003.300; (d) Samoa Enhanced Road Access Project - AUD 8,523886: (e) Palau Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Sector Technical Assistance - AUD 2,000,000; (f) Kiribati Adaptation Program III - AUD 800,000; (g) Energy sector in Solomon Islands, including Tina River Hydropower Development Project - AUDI 8,400,000; (h) Tonga - cyclone recovery and capacity strengthening activities - AUD 7.000.000; and (i) Solomon Islands Community Governance and Grievance Management Project - AUD 1,820,000." 6. All other terms of the Administration Arrangement and Amendment No. 3 will remain the same. 7. The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to Inlormation. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure. 8. Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participants are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment will come into effect as of the date of the last signature.
