The Mid Term Review mission confirms the relevance of the Project Development Objectives. Key indicators are moving forward into the right direction towards reaching the end targets. The overall Project Implementation improved and disbursement increased as planned to 9 percent (in EUR) during the first semester of 2019. It is very important for the ROSE project to maintain its implementation pace and benefit from the needed financial resources during the second semester of 2019 and beyond.
