In the Energy Support Sector (Component 1) the 80% of funds available have been disbursed but 4 activities under Subcomponent 1.B related to “urgent restoration networks and load management” are under implementation. The installation of meters in public lighting system and the installation of residential meters have been completed and final payments are underway. The construction of the transformers has been completed. The delivery of the transformers and associated equipment will be finalized between October and December 2018 and the installation in five locations by July 2019 In the Agriculture Support Sector (Component 2) the activities were completed in 2015. The national farm incentives program provided support to 305,000 famers affected by floods. The study to assess if the agriculture production in flood affected municipalities recovered to pre-flood levels would be completed by the end of July 2018 Flood Protection (Component 3) This component had an original allocation of 16.7 Million EUR to finance the execution of seven subprojects (Negotin, Aleksinac, Nis, Novi Pasar, Donji Ljubes, Jasenica and Backa Palanka/Sambor). The first 6 have been successfully completed and the amount disbursed is 13.911 Million EUR. The last subproject of this original batch (Backa Palanka/Sambor) have been contracted recently and the construction will start soon. The restructuring of the project allowed the reallocation of EUR17.43 million to finance: a) the implementation of additional flood protection works in 5 locations (Provo, Cacak, Valjevo, Vrsac and Gomolava); b) the preparation of designs in another 6 locations (Kolubara, Pozega, Cacak, New Belgrade, Progar and Klenac); c) the procurement of two doppler radar systems and d) other associated services. The tendering of the new 5 flood rehabilitation sub-projects has experienced some delays in getting construction permits because land acquisition issues in Valjevo and Cacak and for Gomolava the EMP to obtain the construction permits have been reviewed by the Bank and the tenders could be launched shortly. The EMP for Vrsac have been approved and the works contracted and initiated. All 5 packages can be finalized during the remaining projects period. The procurement of the consultancies of the preparation detailed designs for flood protection works in 6 critical locations is progressing. The technical specifications for the design of flood protection works have been prepared and ToR for two locations have been submitted to the Bank for a second revision. Based on this sample the rest of ToR will be prepared. The consultancies will be contracted from July onwards. The tender for the procurement of two meteorological radars (Band S) was published early May 2018 and reputed companies expressed interest in participating in the selection process 6/29/2018 Page 2 of 8 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Floods Emergency Recovery Project (P152018) Risks Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance  --  Low  Low Macroeconomic  --  Low  Low Sector Strategies and Policies  --  Low  Low Technical Design of Project or Program  --  Low  Low Institutional Capacity for Implementation and Sustainability  --  Low  Low Fiduciary  --  Moderate  Moderate Environment and Social  --  Moderate  Moderate Stakeholders  --  Moderate  Moderate Other  --  --  -- Overall  --  Moderate  Moderate 6/29/2018 Page 3 of 8 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Floods Emergency Recovery Project (P152018) Results Project Development Objective Indicators PHINDPDOTBL  Availability of power supplies restored to pre-flood levels through additional domestic generation/imports.
