Procurement for the first four contracts funded by the Bank loan has been launched, in line with the procurement plan. The construction period is 4.5 years and the railway is planned for completion by the end of 2018. During 2014, Hajia Company incurred an expenditure of RMB 4.8 billion. This included RMB 1.2 billion for civil works. Based on traffic witnessed on other recently opened lines (Nanguang/GuiGuang), the project is expected to meet its objective.
