In the Energy Support Sector (Component 1) the 80% of funds available have been disbursed but 4 activities under Subcomponent 1.B related to “urgent restoration networks and load management” are under implementation. In the Agriculture Support Sector (Component 2) the activities were completed in 2015. The national farm incentives program provided support to 305,000 famers affected by floods. But the study to assess if the agriculture production in flood affected municipalities recovered to pre-flood levels would be completed by the end of February 2017. Based on the government’s request, the Bank restructured the project and reallocate EUR 17.4 million from the Energy Sector Support Component to the Flood Protection Component. The reallocation of loan proceeds will finance the purchase and installation of meteorological radars, the rehabilitation of flood protection infrastructure, and technical assistance activities to strengthen the capacity of government agencies for flood protection and management. 12/29/2017 Page 2 of 8 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Floods Emergency Recovery Project (P152018) Risks Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance  --  Low  Low Macroeconomic  --  Low  Low Sector Strategies and Policies  --  Low  Low Technical Design of Project or Program  --  Low  Low Institutional Capacity for Implementation and Sustainability  --  Low  Low Fiduciary  --  Low  Moderate Environment and Social  --  Moderate  Moderate Stakeholders  --  Moderate  Moderate Other  --  --  -- Overall  --  Low  Moderate Results Project Development Objective Indicators 12/29/2017 Page 3 of 8 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Floods Emergency Recovery Project (P152018) PHINDPDOTBL  Availability of power supplies restored to pre-flood levels through additional domestic generation/imports.
