We refer to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister for International Cooperation acting through the Canadian International Development Agency ("CIDA") (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA) (collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Poverty Dynamics and Public Sector Delivery Multi- Donor Trust Fund (TF 071173), the Investment Climate and Trade and Integration Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF 071177), the Global Public Goods Multi Donor Trust Fund (TF 071178) and the Economic Development and Structural Change Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF 071393) for the Knowledge for Change Program (KCP II) (the "Trust Fund") effective April 20, 2010, as amended (the "Administration Arrangement"). 2. We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor to make a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of two hundred thousand Canadian Dollars (CAD 200,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution"). 3. The Donor will deposit the Supplemental Contribution (for the Donor's fiscal year 2012/2013) into such bank account designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this Amendment by the Donor and submission of a payment request by the Bank. 4. When making such deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its payment details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message, information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Donor for the Knowledge for Change Program (KCP 1I) to be allocated to the Investment Climate and Trade and Integration Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TFO71177). In addition, the Donor will provide a copy of the deposit instruction to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315. The Donor has stated its preference that the Supplemental Contribution be used to finance the "World Development Report 2014: Managing Risk for Development" with the understanding that the Bank will not be in a position to guarantee that the Supplemental Contribution will be used for such purpose and that the Bank will not have any obligation to the Donor if such preference cannot be achieved. 6. Immediately upon receipt of the Supplemental Contribution, the Bank will convert such funds into United States dollars. 7. All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same and will apply to the Supplemental Contribution. 8. The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund. 9. Please confirm your acceptance to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing and dating the two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning the other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the countersignature.
