The Project was officially launched during the April 2017 mission with participants from the OECS Commission, the Ministries of Education Officials from Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines on April 24, 2017. Progress has been made in establishing baseline data for the project development objective indicators. One PDO indicator and one Intermediate Results Indicator have already met their targets.
