Amendment No. I to the Supplemental Agreement betweDOGLU           M    U   Sthe Swiss
Agency for Development and Cooperation of the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association regarding
the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Mainstreaming Disaster and Climate Risk Management in Developing
Countries
(Trust Fund No. TFO 72584 parallel to original Trust Fund No. TFO 72236)
1.    Reference is made to the Supplemental Agreement between Switzerland, acting through the Swiss
Agency for Development and Cooperation of the Department of Foreign Affairs (the "Donor") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association
(collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Mainstreaming Disaster and Climate
Risk Management in Developing Countries (Trust Fund No. TF072584 parallel to original Trust Fund No.
TF072236) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of December 19, 2016 (the Supplemental Agreement).
2.     The Bank is pleased to acknowledge that the Donor agrees, subject to legislative appropriations, to
provide an additional contribution in the amount of four million Swiss Francs (CHF 4,000,000) (the
"Contribution") for the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Agreement.
3.     The Donor shall deposit the Contribution in accordance with the following schedule and in the
currency specified in paragraph 2 above ("Contribution Currency") into such bank account designated by
the Bank (each amount deposited hereinafter referred to as an "Installment") upon submission of a payment
request by the Bank:
(A)    Promptly following countersignature - two million Swiss Francs (CHF 2,000,000)
(B)    By September 30, 2018 - two million Swiss Francs (CHF 2,000,000)
4.     When making a deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its deposit details information
(remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the amount deposited, that
the deposit is made by the Donor for Trust Fund No. TF072584 (the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for
Mainstreaming Disaster and Climate Risk Management in Developing Countries), and the date of the
deposit (the "Deposit Instructions"). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions
to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax
sent to +1 (202) 614-1315.
5.     All other terms of the Supplemental Agreement shall remain the same.
6.     The Bank shall disclose this amendment (the "Amendment") in accordance with the Bank's Policy
on Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

7.     Each of the Donor and the Bank represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized
to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Donor and the
Bank are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
