Amendment to the Administration Agreement between the European Commission on behalf of
the European Union and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
concerning the Part II Europe 2020 Programmatic Single-Donor Trust Fund (No. TF072865)
(EC Contract No 387- 496 - Results Oriented Review of the Delivery of Justice to Citizens and
Businesses in Montenegro)
Extension ofEnd Disbursement Date
With reference to the Administration Agreement, concluded under Direct Management in the
context of the Framework Agreement between the World Bank Group and the European
Commission dated April 15, 2016 which sets the general conditions for the Agreement. The
Framework Agreement shall be applicable and form an integral part of the Administration
Agreement for the Trust Fund.
The amendment to the Agreement in respect of the provisions would be as follows:
1. The Indicative Output and Timeline table in Section 2 (Activities) of the Annex I to the
Agreement is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the table in the annex attached to
this amendment.
2. Paragraph 6.1 of Annex 2 to the Agreement is amended to as follows:
"6.1. It is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the Bank by
September 30, 2019 (the "End Disbursement Date"). The Bank shall only disburse funds
deposited in the Trust Fund for the purposes of this Administration Agreement (other than returns
to Donor) after such date to the extent such date is changed in accordance with amendments made
to the Administration Agreement(s) of the Donor. Following the End Disbursement Date, the
Bank shall return any remaining balance of the Trust Fund to the Donor in the Holding Currency
in the manner specified in its respective Administration Agreement on a pro rata basis with regard
to the total funds deposited in the Trust Fund by such Donor relative to the total funds deposited
in the Trust Fund by the Donor, all calculated as Holding Currency amounts.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended hereby, shall remain in full force
and effect.
