A draft Operations Manual developed with assistance from the Bank was discussed at a workshop organized on July 25 and 26 with key stakeholders. A final review of the manual is planned for October 10th during the technical workshop. After this, the client will send the document to the Bank for non-objection. The first implementation support mission is planned on September 30th, 2019.
