Further, the MoUs between the NBR as NSW lead agency and 38 NSW participating ministries and government agencies was signed on August 07, 2018, which is a significant achievement. The Subsidiary Grant Agreement for Component 1, which was a critical bottleneck, has been signed. The establishment and convening of two National Trade and Transport Facilitation Committee (NTTFC) and the senior level participation indicates continued high-level commitment to implement the Project. 1/17/2019 Page 1 of 5 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project 1 (P154580) Risks Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance High High High Macroeconomic Moderate Moderate Moderate Sector Strategies and Policies High High High Technical Design of Project or Program Substantial Substantial Substantial Institutional Capacity for Implementation and Sustainability High High High Fiduciary Substantial Substantial Substantial Environment and Social Moderate Moderate Moderate Stakeholders Substantial Substantial Substantial Other -- -- -- Overall High High High Results PDO Indicators by Objectives / Outcomes Freight volume of land ports IN00660609 ►Freight volume at land ports supported by the Project (Tones/year, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 1,995,000.00 -- 4,950,000.00 3,000,000.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 -- 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 Speed of truck clearance at land ports supported by the Project IN00624441 ►Speed of truck clearance at land ports supported by the Project (truck in truck out) - Bhomra (Hours, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 72.00 72.00 72.00 12.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 1/17/2019 Page 2 of 5 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project 1 (P154580) Average time taken to meet regulatory requirements associated with import and export IN00624442 ►Average time taken to meet regulatory requirements associated with import activities (Hours, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 187.00 187.00 187.00 112.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 IN00624439 ►Freight volume at Land Ports supported by the Project - Bhomra (Tones/year, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 1,995,000.00 1,995,000.00 4,776,000.00 3,000,000.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 IN00624440 ►Freight volume at Land Ports supported by the Project - Sheola (Tones/year, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 174,000.00 174,000.00 174,000.00 500,000.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 IN00624443 ►Average time taken to meet regulatory requirements associated with export activities (Hours, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 147.00 147.00 147.00 88.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 Intermediate Results Indicators by Components Component 1: Invest in infrastructure, systems and procedures to modernize key selected land ports essential for trade with India, Bhutan and Nepal IN00624444 ►Percentage of grievances related to Project implementation addressed (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 0.00 0.00 100.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 IN00624435 ►Number of Land Ports Built or Improved/Rehabilitated (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target 1/17/2019 Page 3 of 5 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project 1 (P154580) Value 0.00 0.00 0.00 4.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 Component 2: Enhance trade sector coordination and economic empowerment and opportunities in trade for women IN00624436 ►Number of programs instituted to facilitate female traders and entrepreneurs (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 0.00 0.00 5.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 Component 3: Implement National Single Window and Customs Modernization Plan IN00624437 ►Number of agencies connected to the National Single Window (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 0.00 0.00 19.00 Date 01-Dec-2016 15-Jun-2017 19-Nov-2018 30-Jun-2023 Data on Financial Performance Disbursements (by loan) Project Loan/Credit/TF Status Currency Original Revised Cancelled Disbursed Undisbursed % Disbursed P154580 IDA-60020 Effective USD 150.00 150.00 0.00 1.21 154.53 0.8% Key Dates (by loan) Project Loan/Credit/TF Status Approval Date Signing Date Effectiveness Date Orig.
