Other factors include lack of coordination among different ministries, as well as generic heavy internal clearance procedures known in the country. The most known case was the procurement delay which took 11 months (Nov 5th, 2012 to Oct 9, 2013) for the Public Disclosure Copy PMU to submit the first withdraw request with multiple meetings between the PMU and the WB. The last one was the CD's meeting with the Secretaire General (SG). Restructuring History There has been no restructuring to date. Related Projects There are no related projects.
