JSDF Grant for Maputo Peri-Urban Sanitation Project
Correction of Trust Fund Number
Dear Mr. Parker:
We refer to the Japan Social Development Fund Letter Agreement, dated August 23,
2013, between the Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor ("Recipient") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development
Association ("World Bank") for the above mentioned Project (the "Project").
An involuntary typographical error in the trust fund number assigned for the above
mentioned Project has come to our attention. In order to rectify this oversight, the existing
trust fund number 11077 embedded in the legal documents for this Project (including, but
not limited to, the disbursement letter of August 23, 2013) is replaced with the new trust
fund number TFO13234. All future correspondence regarding this Project should refer to the
new trust fund number.
Please note that we have already corrected this involuntary mistake both in the
World Bank's internal systems and in our official files.
All other provisions of the Agreement, other than the above, shall remain in full
force and effect.
