RGEP recommended the online training system be developed soonest and be available by late 2018 so that teachers and principals can access the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training. A coordinated plan for CPD for teacher training is recommended to be developed by both RGEP and ETEP and endorsed by MOET. • The MOET is recommended to assign the Centre for General Education Research (CGER) and the National Centre for Education Assessment (NCEA) to be officially engaged in relevant project activities. A decision to assign the plot of land for these centers’ constructions to be urgently issued so that construction can be commenced by June 2018 at the latest. • A comprehensive communications strategy to be developed and in place as soon as possible to support the whole project processes and related activities of new curriculum launching. • Project management shows lack of professionalism evident in ad hoc planning for important events and activities of the project and low project disbursement. Given a large volume of work upcoming, a qualified Deputy Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and a qualified Deputy Project Director (PD) to be appointed by MOET to assist the PMU. • Insufficient procurement capacity of the current PMU as evidenced by more than half of the packages in the approved procurement plan for 2017 incomplete. The PMU to urgently consider the need for hiring an additional Procurement Consultant.
