One year after effectiveness, the Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) contract has been registered. The Consultants are expected to mobilize immediately. To date, only the design of the 26 km Turtom-Sirgali pipeline was completed (June 2012) and the associated bid packages have been finalized and validated by the PIC and are now in the evaluation stage.
