By the end of May 2019, the loan disbursed US$19.85 million (20% of the IBRD loan). Disbursements of another US$7.5 million are expected by December 2019. Two TAs have been completed, with several recommendations already adopted by the Tianjin Municipal Government. Out of 15 civil works contracts, 3 are expected to be completed by the end of June 2019, and another 4 to be tendered in June and September 2019.
