The GOSL has requested for the restructuring of this project that would allow utilization of such funds for the rehabilitation/resurfacing of provincial roads in all nine provinces. They have expressed their intention to retain the overall focus of the project with regards to Asset Management that will allow support to the Ministry of Provincial Councils, Local Government and Sports (MPCLGS) and the Road Development Authority (RDA). 2.
