                         Implementation Status Overview
                         The project was registered with the UNFCCC on July 26, 2009. Construction and commissioning of the landfill gas component at the project site have been completed by the project
                         developer/Project entity (PE). In the beginning of project implementation, project developer experienced some difficulties with the landfill has capture engineering design which
                         resulted in lower than projected amounts of emission reductions (ERs). However, with technical advices from Chinese and Danish source to overcome flaws in the original design,
                         the design was improved and resulted in increasing landfill gas capture.

                         The new design (vertical wells) is working well, leachate is well managed and not interfering with gas generation. Additional wells installation within cell 1, 2 , and 3 has successfully
                         increased the gas flow rate to be 900m3/hr. At current, the flare operation is maintained at its optimum condition (900m3/hr @ approx 50% CH4). Wells tuning and leachate
                         pumping on each individual well will be made as necessary. Verification of ERs is in progress for 1st and 2nd monitoring periods. The last (3rd) verification process is expected to
                         start March 2013.
