A new management team for EDG, consisting of a General Administrator and 7 Directors from Veolia have assumed duties. A new project management team within the Ministry of Energy and Hydraulics, including a project coordinator and fiduciary specialists have also been in place since October 2015 to implement components 1 and 3 of the project (Management Contract and Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Energy and Hydraulics), while component 2 is being implemented by EDG.
