This is the project's third ISR, and second since it became effective. As such the project is still in its early stages. Procurement of civil works has progressed rapidly. An Integration Plan to better link metro and bus lines was prepared and approved. The client has also been proactive to establish an inter-agency working group led by the Transport Bureau to look at integration issues specifically for the project. This working group will report directly to the Mayor. The Project is well under way to achieve its PDO's.
