The implementation of the e-Property Registration System under the General Authority for State Registration is continued to be rolled out and the e- Property Registration System is under implementation in all nine districts of Ulaanbaatar and all 21 provinces of Mongolia. The system delivers direct benefits to citizens and businesses by reducing transaction time, improving quality of data, accessing property information from across Mongolia, and more efficiently processing of requests for documents to support loan applications. 11/29/2019 Page 1 of 7 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report MN: SMART Government (P130891) The Project's implementation has not progressed significantly since 2018 and disbursement remains low. A project restructuring has been adjusted the project activities to reflect current government priorities and updates the results framework. These changes are described in detail in the project's restructuring paper, and they include replacement or new activities, and reallocation of funds between financing categories to reflect these changes. The World Bank has also provided a new task team to assist the Government of Mongolia in fast-tracking the quality implementation of this project.
