The learning program would focus on the ASFs key audit areas and would include an internal certification to demonstrate satisfactory completion of the learning program. It is also expected that by June 30, 2014, 150 more staff would be fully certified. The project closing date is March 1, 2015. As of the mission date the grant has disbursed US$141,582 (41.0% of the total signed amount). While current disbursement rate is slightly lagging behind the demonstrated implementation progress, it is expected that this situation will be rectified in the coming semester. This is mainly due to the decision of the implementing agency to finance academic workshops from its own funds, and to continue hosting the Program's IT platform on the IMAI’s server (external server), due to the institutional IT security policy, which makes the Platform inaccessible from outside of the ASF’s office. Reallocated funds will be used for: (i) development of more questions for certification exams for all modules; (ii) hosting and administration of the IT platform.
