The project beneficiaries will increase from 1,258,949 (113% of the PDO indicator) at October 31, 2019 to 1,280,400 by the end of the project on December 31, 2019, exceeding the project target (115% of the 1,110,600 end-of-project-target). 98% of the original credit (closed by December 2018) has been disbursed, taking into account the refunding by the client to the Bank in August 02, 2019, of the saving amount of 1.51 million. 100% of the AF was disbursed. Procurement rating for the supervision cycle is “Satisfactory” in view of conclusion of the last major procurement process associated with the lot 1 of the procurement process 45/2016/ONEA for the installation of 172 kilometers of distribution networks, 40 standpipes and installation of 13,050 social connections. Safeguards and financial management aspects of the Project are satisfactory. Legal covenants have been complied with. .
