The relevant regulation on job classification, which includes the salary grid, is expected to be adopted by the end of 2011. Likewise, following the amendment of the Public Procurement Law in October 2011, the Government is expected to adopt the draft regulation to authorize the Central Procurement Agency to conduct consolidated procurement for selected categories starting in 2012.
