NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION

Dear Mr. von Amsberg:
1. Reference is made to the Contribution Agreement, dated September 9, 1998, between
the Government of Finland (the "Donor") and the International Development
Association ("IDA"), as Administrator of the Debt Relief Trust Fund (previously the
HIPC Debt Initiative Trust Fund) (the "Contribution Agreement"), as amended.
2. On behalf of the Donor, I am pleased to inform you that we are providing an additional
contribution of Euro Three Million (EUR 3,000,000) (the "Additional Contribution") to
the Debt Relief Trust Fund.
3. The Additional Contribution shall be administered by IDA in accordance with the terms
of the Resolutions No. R2008-0212 and IDA/R2008-0279 approved by the Executive
Directors of IBRD and IDA on October 6, 2008 (the ."Resolutions',"), amending the
Resolutions No 96-9 and IDA 96-5 which established the HIPC Debt Initiative Trust
Fund, and changig timnnie 66 e Hj!IPCQebt Initiative Trust Fund to the "Debt Relief
Trust Fund" (the "Trust Fund").
4. The Additional Contribution is made. as a HIPC Core Contribution to be allocated
further in accordance with the provisions of the Resolutions.
5. The Additional Contribution shall be paid in cash.
6. The Donor shall deposit the Additional Contribution into such bank account designated
by IDA promptly following countersignature of this Agreement by IDA and submission
of a payment request by IDA. When making the deposit, the Donor shall instruct its
bank to include in its payment details information (remittance advice) field of its
SWIFT payment message, information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is
made by Donor for TF No. 020741, Debt Relief Trust Fund, and the date of the deposit.

7. IDA shall convert such frids into United States Dollars promptly following receipt of
the funds.
8. IDA will disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Agreement, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information
on this Trust Fund.
9. Please confirm that the arrangements set out above are acceptable by signing and dating
the attached copy of this notice and returning it to us.
