The project consists of two Components including Component A: Municipal Investments (Euro 73.5 M) and Component B: Project Management (financed by ILBANK). Municipalities under SCP 2 benefit from Technical Assistance under SCP 1 Component A: Sustainable Cities Planning and Management. 10/31/2019 Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Sustainable Cities Project 2 (P161915) Subsequent to the signing of the Loan Agreement, Ilbank signed sub-loan agreements with MUSKI (Mugla) and ASAT (Antalya) on May 17, 2018. The sub-loan agreements cover municipal investments to be financed under Component A of SCP2. The subprojects in Antalya cover construction of water transmission lines, wastewater networks and wastewater infrastructure in several districts of the city. In Mugla, SCP2 will provide financing for construction of sewerage networks and WWTPs and procurement of several equipment in different districts.
