The PBCC project has been approved by the WB Board on January 31, 2012 and got effective on November 20, 2012. The implementation of the activities started slowly mainly due to significant changes in the CONAFOR team, that occurred just after the effectiveness of the project. The new team is now fully operational and activities under all three components are under implementation. Accordingly the disbursement rate has increased over the last months.
