The Financing Agreement was signed by CD and Primer Minister/Minister of Economy and Finance (MOEF) on July 17, 2018. The Project was declared effective on October 8, 2018. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) was created through a Ministry of Public Health decree, and it will manage the implementation of the REDISSE II Project as well as the present Maternal and Child Health Project. The main activities carried out in the period covered by this ISR were: 1.
