(P148830) Implementation Status and Key Decisions Since the last ISR, the project has implemented two additional face-to-face courses through workshops. These were focused in: 1) Pre-investment management and procedures; and 2) The Public Investment Management and External Funding System (SIPFE- Sistema de Inversión Pública y Financiamiento Externo), which came into force after the approval of the State Integrated Planning System Act. In addition, the General Public Investment Management Directorate (GPIMD) has completed the development of an online training platform, and has developed a syllabus and material for the implementation of 2 guided online courses on the elaboration and scope of technical reports on prior conditions for public investment, and the operation of the Public Investment Management System (SISIN-Web).
