During the reporting period, the World Bank team observed progress with the implementation of relevant project activities, as well as delays with the rehabilitation of receiving schools. The mentioned delays with the activities on the rehabilitation of receiving schools explain the situation with the indicator on schools meeting the quality assurance standards. Regarding the indicator on teachers demonstrating competencies tackled by training programs, the World Bank advised the MoECR to prioritize the activities that will allow for its measurement through classroom observations in 2020. The progress with these activities should be assessed during the next supervision support visit.
