Commitment stands at 86% of the US$75 million credit while disbursement has risen to 40% The just completed restructuring includes an extension of the project period by 22 months, to April 30, 2016, which is considered sufficient to complete the activities and to fully disburse the credit. The restructuring has also better positioned the project to realize its development objective by replacing slow moving operations with more strategically important and readily implementable activities. The client has maintained good project management capacity especially with regard to the management of the civil Public Disclosure Copy works component. The Bank has advised the client on the need to improve the implementation of the capacity building component, which in the past has lagged behind.
