An additional disbursement of $16.04 million is expected by December 31, 2019, leading to a total disbursement of $132 million (66%). However the mission noted that other activities are facing delays and particular attention should be given to them. These activities include: (i) the amendment of the aggregation Law (DLI#2) , (ii) the construction of the whole sale of Rabat (DLI#4) and (iii) the construction of two innovation centers (DLI#7). Particular attention is given to these activities, and an action plan agreed with the borrower to accelerate implementation within schedule.
