A revised work plan and procurement plan has been prepared. ToRs for various positions (M&E, Research and Development, Gender, Pay Reform TA) were prepared and approved by the Bank. The procurement of the specialists is at an advance stage. Project management has taken a proactive decision to hold meetings with the change management teams of the participating MACs to brief them on their roles and responsibilities.
