Concerning Component 1, the following can be highlighted: • The full rehabilitation of the One-Stop Shop: The project supported in new equipment and rehabilitating the office; • The security of IT installations and the development of light applications for computerizing business registration; • The support to the development of 03 standard rules of procedure for companies with at least 25 employees. • The launch of the acquisition of the computer hardware, for which the PIU has obtained a derogation for a contract by direct agreement with the successful tenderer following the international call for tenders launched in 2016, by the Permanent Secretariat of the OHADA Regarding Component 2, the following major activities were undertaken: • In line with the matching grant, the project approved 48 news projects under Window 1 • The launch of a new call for proposals has been launched and the closing is scheduled for June 27, 2018 under window 2 • The launch of big procurement process in line with the equipment of Farcha Abattoir, for which a derogation for a direct agreement with AXIMA REFRIGERATION France was obtained on June 21, 2018. • The support to the development of 03 standard rules of procedure for companies with at least 25 employees. Component 3: The recruitment of a Consultant to assist the PIU in the re-launch and the management of the Matching grand is completed.
